We want you to love every bar. If something isn’t right, here’s how we make it right.
You may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Because our soaps are personal-care items, we’re unable to accept returns of bars that have been opened or used — this keeps every product we ship safe and hygienic.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — at no cost to you. You will never pay return shipping for our mistake.
Email us at woodsandhunter@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions. For standard (non-damage) returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll get an email confirmation when it’s processed.
Every bar is handmade, so color, swirl, and pattern vary slightly from the photos — that’s the nature (and charm) of small-batch soap, and it isn’t considered a defect. If you’re ever unsure whether something qualifies, just email us; we’re a small team and we answer personally.
